Publications by Dr. Amdissa Teshome

Dr Amdissa has written articles, conference papers and developed training manuals, guidelines and handbooks in early warning, safety nets and targeting. The manuals are based on adult learning principles and encourage active learning. His background in distance education has given him the edge in this market.
